Gabor Veto still unbeaten!

Hungarian lightweight prospect, the undefeated Gabor Veto (9-0, 8 KOs / WBA-EBA #19) showed his power by dismantling German-Iranian Mohesen Moradian (3-2, 1 KO) in round two of their long awaited fight on Saturday night in front of 6.000 fanatic spectators. In attendance at the beautiful Castle of Varpalota in Hungary where the Hungarian boxing-heros Zsolt Erdei and Gyorgy Gedo.

The former member of the Hungarian Amateur national team, Veto, landed his stiff jab and good combinations throughout the bout in a fight that was scheduled for 10 rounds at lightweight for the WBC Youth Lightweight Title Eliminator. 

After two knockdowns the referee Istvan Kovacs stopped the fight in the second round, the time was 2:32.

The WBC President Dr. José Sulaiman sent his congratulations: 

“Gabor really has the makings of a champion - he is one for the future, for sure. The WBC will be fully opened for him.”

The fight was televised by TV-channel Sportklub and was broadcast across the whole Central East Europe region.
